Account Setup

A CloudMove account represents your MSP — the company using CloudMove. Every user, client, and project you create belongs to that account.

Sign up

Go to cloudmove.app/register and fill in:

• Company Name — your MSP's name
• Email — the address you'll log in with
• Password — at least 8 characters

You'll get a verification email. Click the link inside — you can't log in until the email is verified.

Complete onboarding

After verifying and logging in for the first time, you'll be asked for:

• First name
• Last name

Submit and you land in the dashboard.

The MSP concept

Your CloudMove account is your MSP. Inside it you'll create:

• Clients — your customers (each with their own M365 tenant)
• Projects — individual migration jobs under a client
• Agents — desktop installers activated against specific projects

You don't need to set any of this up now. Next step is installing the agent so you can feed folders into your first project.
